David:

Bob:
- Done: Wireframes - these are on Sharepoint. Passed around

- Next: Creating prototypes based on wireframes
Liz:
- Great job on the BOLT/OG presentation
- Roles meeting will be cancelled this week. Liz will meet with "roles committee" re: blessing Yale affiliation categories, etc.
Issues/Concerns:
- Generate NetID PIN Request: Christine and Kesha met with Rod, Matt and Josh with IAM last week.
- Showing completed (resolved/closed) tickets in ESS: Bob and Christine expressed the need for completed requests to display in ESS - as START does now. David captured this as a requirement - specifically: limit closed to last 30 days.
- Risk: Vamshi has left Yale and so we don't know yet who will take his place on the project and how much ServiceNow experience this new test lead will have.
