Priority List

  1. Figure out why its-dev site is not displaying My Requests, My Approvals and My Incidents correctly.
  2. My Requests - Change "Yale eServices - Requests" to "ITS Service Catalog"

  5. Lightbox - The first time a user clicks on a link from the My Services homepage, the form does not load. It only loads the second time. This needs to be fixed so that the forms always load the first time.

  10. ServiceNow configuration - configuration options do not work, all three options pull from the ServiceNow development environment (red lines). Test environment displays orange, Prod displays blue.

  12. Lightbox - the close "X" is obscuring some ServiceNow buttons/functions. Can we move it up? - done (CC verified 11/12/13)
  13. Lightbox - adjust width of all lightbox calls px width used for "Backup." Can you set the height & width for all lightbox calls universally?  - done (CC verified 11/06/13)

  1. Remove boxes and content:  "Accounts & Access," "Email & Calendaring," and "On-Boarding" - Done 10/11 (CC & Broggi)

  1. Change column labels: change "Date" to "Opened," change "Name" to "Requested for," remove the number signs after "Item" - Done 10/10 (CC & Broggi)

My Approvals page (in SN module, localhost)

  1. Change column labels: change "Requestor" to "Requested for," change "State" to "Status" - Done 10/10 (CC & Broggi)
  2. Add a column for Department - label and make the third column from the left. - Done 10/10 (CC & Broggi)

  5. Modify the data pulled for the "Status" column; it's not currently pulling the correct information. Data should be "approved" or "pending approval," instead of "not_required." - Done 10/21 (Seong)

  1. Create page to look like Requests
  2. Pull all Requests by department (from launch through present date) - Deferred 10/23 (DB - at least 2 days work on SN side)

Lightbox

  1. Clicking outside the form (in the dark grey area) should not make the form disappear. The box should only close on submit of the form or by using the X in the upper right. - Done 10/11 (CC & Broggi)
  2. Fix lightbox so that all forms fit without scrolling - Done 10/16 (Seong)
