Background

In December 2013, we froze development on the remaining scope of START Replacement ServiceNow forms.

We launched and hid what was left of Mobile Device Change and Add, which were very close. We deliberately stopped work on Telephone Services Add and Change at that time.

HPALM defects status were all set to 'Deferred', regardless of their actual state. Backeberg restored their status flags in June 2014 to give a more clear estimate of remaining scope to complete these forms.
