• got some data out of SN using SOAP, trying queries
• will go back to testing reporting (make sure standard reports works as advertised)
• will post results to SharePoint
• obstacles: waiting on input re: CSI to find out work scope from Rick Smith

Leann:

• working on list of everything not done yet per latest RTM, probably done by COB
• obstacles: missing required fields, inbound email define record values

Jeff:

• retest of a couple of defects
• going through test case scenarios to address problems as you find them

Backlog

• Roseann will find knowledge notification recipients
• Test emails need to go to list
• Chloe will follow up w/ Dawn re: resolve button (haven't heard back yet)
