Project Updates

• Communications – 4 Focus Groups complete, 1 added for 6/18
• ITS Website UI – easier to manipulate with CSS, mobile-friendly
• FY14 Carryover ($137K) – Recalculating remaining work effort to update resource plan and funding needed. ROC review TBD.
• ESS update releases 6/14 & 6/21 (new incident form)
• Telecom, Ethernet, Financial Approval, PTAEO = 90% complete
• Backup, Email, People Lists, Access requests (XTRAIN) = Design in progress

• XTRAIN – Need resources to analyze each training class individually, create Solution Design processes.
• People Lists – Need resources to create Solution Design for API needed to connect ServiceNow to Oracle. Originally part of IAM project portfolio.

Concerns

• Ronn wants to know what the schedule is for IAM's Sailpoint releases as it related to NetAdmin and Client Accounts.
