- about 1/2 defects fixed
- Has not seen any SSO
- Test very slow, performance
- No problem defects have been addressed - Ro to escalate with Bill, Derek and Leanne
- Vamshi comfortable with test cases
- Jeff and Vamshi are anxious for more frequent builds - is it time to move to update sets
- Google docs not working out; want email with what testing is turning over (defect numbers), translation is not working - Ro to talk to Bill with this

- Demo of SN for SOM, very interested in some solution for their org
- Met with Chloe refining assignment unit work to compare all folks including contractors; Work with Jim McKay

- Started creation of new ITSM roadmap post-go live work streams and future projects
- Finalize required fields for incident, problem, change
- Today, update schedule with training dates Mike provided

- Got FP incident & request training material (significantly improved), sent out to Dawn & David
- Working on training aid (socializing and finalizing design)
- Meeting with Lou and Paul and Ian to finalize what we want on the change training
