- Roseann sent email to Derek and Leanne regarding problem defects; were some of the problem defects addressed yet? I saw that you had problem defects yesterday.
- Will we have FP access to HPQC today? Can we train Derek, Leanne and Suneetha? Can set up time to orient FP to our HPQC environment.
- Still have not seen problem defect fixes. - get with Derek, Leanne this during todays tech stand up

- Is coach list final yet? yes (Have contractors been added? Why would contractors be coaches? Are the contractors going to be invited to training? only added to training)
- Communication plan for deployment (What folks can expect? per our discussion yesterday; finishing tickets in HPSM, rekeying ticket, problems, changes, attachments)
- Finalizing plan on exit strategy. Communicate when and who will be deployed.

- Spoke to Derek, can get the "when" for required fields in UAT, Chloe looked at HPSM, the when of required fields not in prior requirements
