David Galassi asked about off cycle review of a service, as they have a new service coming online. We will discuss offline - Incident CSI

3 . Service Scorecard - Adriene Radcliffe/Dawn Colonese
Discussion of the service scorecard - everyone must return them to Nathan or Dawn. Rick's team will do the analysis. Agreement to show this next month as an agenda item.
4. Financial category for the Service List - Assignment from directs to add some financial recovery data data to the services list and into the cmdb (Ricardo)
Ricardo and David Campbell will lead this effort. This will tie ITFM to ITSM more closely. The definitions are an important part of the exercise.
