DISCUSSION
- We had an issue with TEST and DEV where standard users were unable to create tickets. This issue was fixed at 11:00 am this morning. The tech team will have an offline meeting to discuss further testing of this.
- Soren is working on getting a position posted within the ITSM Team to replace Bill West. She is hoping to get the position posted this week. This position will report to Soren.
- We will also look into the number of hours we are using vendor(s) and see if we can use them to move our work forward.
