  1. Process Owners - Review the Enhancement Request list and prioritize the requests for your area.  Be prepared to discuss overall priority of enhancement requests at the next meeting.
  2. Chloe to add the Change re-work to the Enhancement Request list (DONE - #821)
  3. Chloe to add Mark, Dorothy and Ricardo to Thursday's IT Practitioners Meeting Invite (DONE)
  4. Chloe to upload and send out link to the Enhancement Request spreadsheet (DONE)
  5. Chloe to send out link with meeting notes (DONE)
  6. Chloe to post the link to the Process Owner Documentation (DONE)
  7. Bill/Chloe -to create Enhancement Request form in ServieNow and work out underlying process
  8. Chloe to create a User Story/Use Case/Requirements Gathering format
