ITSM Practitioner's Meeting, Jan 31, 2013

Arun Darwar, Manager of Solution Build & Maintenance for HR & Payroll Systems, presented his work on ServiceNow reporting. Arun has done exceptional work in developing reports that closely track his team's work, critical interactions with clients, and other important information that he uses to manage his team's work. This reporting is used for operational purposes and helps inform day-to-day decisions; it's not solely reporting to clients or senior management, it's for his own use as an operational manager. And it has all been done with our existing ServiceNow functionality.

• The slides from Arun's presentation are available here for review. 
• The Service Management team is meeting with Arun and Rick Smith's team to review Arun's reports and share them with all staff. Additional information will be sent when the reports have been published in ServcieNow.
• We will schedule an additional hands-on workshop to help ServiceNow users modify these reports for their own use. Details to follow.
