- Gave Dave latest one-page Defect list, going to prioritize PROD defects that are attached to PROBLEM tickets
- New category in HPALM for things that are pass QA, but pending QA. Refining meaning of waiting release to PROD to mean passed QA, or not in need of QA.

- Bug list for squashing fits on a page, even when printed nicely.
- Quickbase suggested a fix for integration link; need to try it out.

- Likely that team members will move around physically in the building. Jane's team is on the 5th floor. Space team will figure it out in the future. Not currently any space to move ITSM upstairs. Possibly as soon as two months.
