  • Oct 24  Focus on Problem Process (screens/fields, data sources, architecture, sustainability)
  • Oct 31 Focus on Configuration Process (Project Review)
  • Nov 7 - START Replacement and Request Process

Also recommend a QBR walkthrough - look at numbers, the output of the process.  This will be part of the Service Board (Adriene to launch this meeting session/cadence)

- Agenda item should be walk-through of service numbers (what are the kpi's/cfs for each service) master catalog of metrics
