8/9/12 ITSM Advisory Committee Meeting
In attendance: Len, Russell, Brian, Jeff, Lou, Paul and Adriene in attendance.
We covered the FY13 status of projects preparing to launch and final financials from our program in FY12. See attachments for the agenda and the financials.
The bulk of the meeting was surrounding the CAB, and while there was lots of discussion on specific points such as communications, standard changes definition, overall it was very well received and endorsed. This will be documented as an endorsement on our main ITSM Advisory page.
As all things in ITSM, it will be iterative and we’ll continue to make tweaks. However, the important point is that we have acknowledgement that the CAB and Lou as the Change Manager has ultimate authority on whether something moves into production.
Next step is to share this with Len’s directs (and Lou, Paul and I have already received an invitation to that meeting) so we can socialize it further.
Len was very engaged and complimentary on our progress thus far.
