David has made some good progress. We discussed the concern that the CAS auth was going to be the difficult component to complete.
Decision: if we do not have significant progress on Authentication by Wednesday Sept 5, we will escalate with urgency to Fruition.
We will continue daily check-ins and do functional testing daily has David completes updates. We are assuming 5 business days to complete the work which will take us to Sept 6. We should attempt to schedule Vamshi for testing on Friday Sept 7
Decision: Jane, Adriene and Marcus from Jane's team will provide functional testing.
Assuming ESS passes Functional and QA test on Friday the 7th, and no significant rework is required, we are targeting a release to production on a spot release Monday the 10 or Tuesday the 11th.
Decision: to target the release for Tuesday the 11th
The Help Desk typically asks that new applications be released on Tuesday for WED calls to the help desk, which gives them time to recover from the Monday influx of calls from weekend
