COA Validator Service Changes - 2/3/17

A change was made to the Web Service’s ErrorMessage XML tag. Previously, we were concatenating each COA segment validation errors with a semi-colon and presenting them as a string of messages in the ErrorMessage XML tag. This was difficult for the end users to consume. In order to make parsing of ErrorMessage easier, we are now separating segment specific validation errors in their own XML tags with in the ErrorMessage XML tag.  This is in addition to the segment specific messages that are shown at the segment level. Below is the before and after changes.
