Planning documents must be complete by estimate Sept 15 to be distributed in advance to the TOC, we are penciled in for Sept 20

Identify the 5 business services we are going to pilot

  • CFS (SME:Ken or Julio) with Contract Management (Ed Frey)  HP contract, enterprise contact for MS, hybrid with Storage Team (SME: Steve D)
  • Personal Productivity (SME: Brian Kazden, Chris Abbott) with top 5 provider services with SAM (SME Ann Brainard-Dougan)
  • ServiceNow (SME: Bill W)
  • MyTime 
  • Classes v2

Adriene will setup meeting for later this week
Wendy will report back to Karen on Change Management need and deliverables

We would need to sequence these as a proposal and drive more detail on the first grouping
