I cannot edit my Jira ticket
When the status of your Jira ticket becomes 'CLOSED' editing will be disabled. This can happen in two ways:
- On ServiceNow, when an incident has been resolved for a certain amount of time, the system will close the incident and disable editing. This will also close the Jira ticket associated and disable editing.
- On ServiceNow, the state has been set to 'Invalid'. We have mapped this state to the status 'CLOSED' which disables editing of the Jira ticket. If this was an accident then a new Jira ticket will need to be created.
