How do I generate a ServiceNow incident from Jira?

Issue Type Task and Bug are configured with this option. By selecting a business service in the 'Create ServiceNow?' dropdown, you can generate a ServiceNow incident. After a few seconds you can refresh the Jira ticket to see a new comment with a link to the ServiceNow incident.
