Client/Contact and Business Service Not Updating.

The 'Create ServiceNow?' and 'Reporter' fields on Jira are only used when creating a ServiceNow incident. They do not update anything on ServiceNow after that. Reason is Client and Contact on ServiceNow may not be the same as the reporter on Jira. Business Services can change during the lifetime of the incident so we don't map this either for updates.
