Getting Support for Spinup

Support Channels

There are several convenient ways to get in touch with the Spinup support team:

  1. Email: Send your inquiries or concerns to spinup@yale.edu. Our support team actively monitors this inbox and will respond to your message as quickly as possible.

  2. Slack: Join the conversation in the #spinup channel on the Yale Slack workspace at https://yale.slack.com. This is a great place to ask questions, share your experiences, and learn from other Spinup users. The Spinup team regularly monitors the channel and provides assistance as needed.

  3. Service Now: If you prefer to submit a formal support request, you can create a ticket in Service Now. When creating your ticket, be sure to select "Spinup Self-Service" as the service offering. This ensures that your request is routed to the appropriate team for prompt attention.
