If you require assistance with application configuration on a Spinup Self-Service platform, ITS recommends opting for a managed server solution.
To request a managed server, please submit a ticket to the appropriate team:
For Linux Servers: Use the "Managed Server - Linux" category in Service-Now.
For Windows Servers: Select the "Managed Server - Windows" category in Service-Now.
