I cannot edit my Jira ticket

When the status of your Jira ticket becomes 'CLOSED' editing will be disabled. This can happen in two ways:

  1. On ServiceNow, when an incident has been resolved for a certain amount of time, the system will close the incident and disable editing. This will also close the Jira ticket associated and disable editing.
  2. On ServiceNow, the state has been set to 'Invalid'. We have mapped this state to the status 'CLOSED' which disables editing of the Jira ticket. If this was an accident then a new Jira ticket will need to be created.
