Remove Crosstab Total Rows/Columns

Step 1: Double click on the crosstab in Design view.

Step 2: Highlight and delete the fields you don't want.

Step 3: Click on the empty field and then in the properties click on cell. If it is a row then change the height to 0. If it is a column then change the width to 0.

Now preview it
