            YALE_REPORT_USER is a DB schema owner, it exists in ACA1 oracle database. Please contact Vijayshree Erodula or Kate Hathaway for password.

  • COURSE_FACULTY_INFO

This view provides Faculty information like netid, upi..etc for all ‘course’ sites. It takes time to query this as we don’t have date filter. Please refer https://itsyale.atlassian.net/browse/CV2-47 for more details on this.

  • COURSE_GRADER_INFO

This view provides Grader information for all sites. https://itsyale.atlassian.net/browse/CV2-49  is JIRA ticket has more details.

  • COURSE_RESOURCES_SIZE

This view provides resources size and file type details for all published ‘course’ sites. It takes time to query this as we don’t have date filter. Please refer https://itsyale.atlassian.net/browse/CV2-35 for details.

  • PUBLISHED_COURSES_BY_SCHOOL

This view list out all published course sites for each school. Please see JIRA ticket https://itsyale.atlassian.net/browse/CV2-35 for more details.

  • SHOPPERS_REPORT

This view provides shopper details. This report is required at the start and end of shopping period to verify shoppers’ details.

  • TF_MAINTAINER_REPORT

  • WEBSPACE_SIZE_PER_SITE
