Things to watch out for

  • Template application on incident from searching up knowledge
    • Most of this is handled by OneSearch now
  • COA Help
    • UI Macro
      • We're adding a script to the DOM here so we can detect the type of COA there is an display a different help message.  Should continue to work, but you'll want to check this and the secondary macros out.
    • Portal Widget
      • Using a similar trick to above.  Pay special attention here as they seem to continually lock down things on the portal.
