What to do when the midserver goes down

Created a template called ServiceNow mid server down which is shared to the ServiceNow group can be used to report it being down.  This is assuming the one current one in prod we have now, not any of the ones that might be created for Discovery.  They have recently(as of 8/11/17) added some additional process to keep it up on the Linux machine.
