  • This change is being migrated to Production on 10/6/2017. The change is to improve performance to handle a larger volume of records. No changes are required by consumers, but if you experience any issues please go to this link and select Report an Issue on the right-hand side to open a ticket.

  • There is a current outstanding ticket with Workday on Roles. At some point during October Workday will fix their bug and in turn this will resolve inherited roles for Cost Center Financial Analyst not being passed downstream. When this occurs you should expect a volume increase from approximately 17k currently to 386k in the future (Only affects Cost Center Financial Analyst). This data change and the performance change are currently available in TEST (Endpoint: https://gw-tst.its.yale.edu/soa-gateway/COAHub/v1/GetRoles). The data is only a few weeks old as to what is in Production, so should be an accurate simulation of Production volumes. Please test if you use Cost Center Financial Analyst.

UPDATE:  The Workday bug has also been resolved.
