• 6/14 - ESS updates
• 6/30 - Telecom, Ethernet, Back-up, Email requests
• 7/15 - Access requests
• 8/31 - Training begins
• 9/27 - Deployment

• IAM
  o Enterprise Directory delivery in December,2013
  o E-mail, Netid, PINS delivery March 2014
  o Training scheduling should be approved by Julie Grant

• START Analysis
  o START requests that go through XTRAIN is still being analyzed
  o Business Manager lists still being analyzed
  o People lists that are not used such as Expert lists will not be replaced
  o Review of people lists usability being analyzed such as DSP lists
  o Nancy will mock up a user request form for People list requests
• START Testing in a patched environment
  o Oracle upgrade Sept. 21
  o Results August 2
• START Replacement project rollout
  o Sept 30 - ITS services such as pagers, telephones etc...
  o Xtrain is TBD
  o IAM will e responsible for User Access requests
• Jackie Tucker has requested an IAM roadmap of deliverables
• Move 8/1 ROC meeting until testing and
• analysis is complete
