ServiceNow Module work

Priority List

  1. Lightbox - The first time a user clicks on a link from the My Services homepage, the form does not load. It only loads the second time. This needs to be fixed so that the forms always load the first time.
  2. My Requests - Fix data pull, no records are showing, only the field headers (? Working locally)
  3. My Approvals - Change column label: "Request" to "Approval for" (easy)
  4. My Requests - Add sorting functionality to each column. (check in with Vincent)
  5. My Incidents - Add sorting functionality to each column (check in with Vincent)

  6. My Approvals - Add data from ServiceNow for Description. (Bill/David)
  7. My Incidents - Modify data pull to include all open incidents and resolved/closed incidents up to 90 days old. (awaiting info from SN dev)
  8. Lightbox -  Fix lightbox so that all forms fit without scrolling.
  9. My Reports - Create page to look like Requests
  10. My Reports - Pull all Requests by department (from launch through present date)

My Services page (its-dev)

  1. Remove boxes and content:  "Accounts & Access," "Email & Calendaring," and "On-Boarding" - Done 10/11 (CC & Broggi)
  2. Change "Cellular Phones" to "Mobile Devices" - Done 10/11 (CC & Broggi)
  3. Remove "(Linux only)" and "(new installations only)" - Done 10/11 (CC & Broggi)

My Requests page (in SN module, localhost)

  1. Change column labels: change "Date" to "Opened," change "Name" to "Requested for," remove the number signs after "Item" - Done 10/10 (CC & Broggi)
  2. Move column "Item" to the far right so that it's the last column - Done 10/10 (CC & Broggi)
  3. Change display of "Requested for" column data to <last name, first name>. - Done 10/21 (Seong)

My Approvals page (in SN module, localhost)

  1. Change column labels: change "Requestor" to "Requested for," change "State" to "Status" - Done 10/10 (CC & Broggi)
  2. Add a column for Department - label and make the third column from the left. - Done 10/10 (CC & Broggi)
  3. Move "Request" column to the far left so that it's the last column. - Done 10/10 (CC & Broggi)
  4. Add a column for Description (label); fit between "Department" column and "Status column. - Done 10/10 (CC & Broggi).  
  5. Modify the data pulled for the "Status" column; it's not currently pulling the correct information. Data should be "approved" or "pending approval," instead of "not_required." - Done 10/21 (Seong)
  6. Add sorting functionality to each column - Done 10/21 (Seong)
  7. Change display of "Requested for" column data to <last name, first name> - Done10/21 (Seong)
  8. Add data from ServiceNow for Department - name or org code - Deferred 10/23 (DB - at least 2 days work on SN side)

Lightbox

  1. Clicking outside the form (in the dark grey area) should not make the form disappear. The box should only close on submit of the form or by using the X in the upper right. - Done 10/11 (CC & Broggi)
