- New category in HPALM for things that are pass QA, but pending QA. Refining meaning of waiting release to PROD to mean passed QA, or not in need of QA.

- Met with David Logie two days ago about START, gave him an idea of what was necessary to complete the backup forms.

- Likely that team members will move around physically in the building. Jane's team is on the 5th floor. Space team will figure it out in the future. Not currently any space to move ITSM upstairs. Possibly as soon as two months.
