- The Calgary upgrade for ServiceNow is not yet available for release, it is still in beta testing
- Discussed exposing the Configuration Items in the Service Catalog as well as Incident, Problem and Change
- The Request/Service Catalog Process Owner (Ricardo Chavira) would discuss this with the Configuration Management Process Owner (Julio Valdes)
- Discussed whether or not an information request should be entered into the Incident or Request module.
