Business Case

At the moment, when ever a ServiceNow incident with business service Website Design and Building, Website Consultation, or Usability Consulting is assigned to Caitlin Thompson, she manually needs to create a Jira ticket in her project. This integration will automatically create the Jira tickets for her.

This is a one way integration from ServiceNow to Jira. This integration only creates a Jira ticket and will NOT do any updates/synchronizations. Caitlin Thompson will manually update the tickets.
