Once you have requirements, typically a “New Feature” issue-type or a “Story” or an “Epic”, linked to test cases that have been executed and have defects then you can click on the Test tab above and select traceability.

Notes:
- To link requirements to test cases, one way to do it is to go to the issue and click on the "More" button and select "Link" or "Create linked issue."
- You can also link to Confluence pages using this method.
