Troubleshooting NetX UI problems

If a user is experiencing problems with NetX, it is important to collect the following information:

• What is the link the user is on?

• What is the link the user clicked on to get to NetX?

• Get screenshots of the error messages

• NetX support is always asking for:

  • HAR files - Generating a HAR file

  • Screen recordings - Creating a screen recording
