• Create project naming conventions  

Know which project belongs where  

• Start tagging projects/people with groups  

As we grow we want to be better able to manage teams - easier to add a team to a project, than individuals. Also helps for tracking purposes  

• Standardized QA workflows  

• Cleaning up of old workflows and projects  

 When trying to filter there are way too many customized statuses and issue types. Many are duplicates 

• Create consistent close/resolution screens: i.e. have multiple close codes and notes (Resolved, Won't Do, Complete...)
