Common Business Case
These integrations fulfills a scenario where there is one group of stakeholders for a particular ticket that uses ServiceNow and another group that uses Jira. Common example: the Jira group creates a ticket that they know will be a ServiceNow incident worked and viewed by others. Once the ticket is created in Jira, a corresponding incident can be created on ServiceNow. Comments, fields, and statuses can be exchanged between the two systems.
