  • First time - initial PIN to activate NetID
  • Reset - Forgot PIN, security questions via web app

Lead Admins or Ops Manager makes the request - note: this person has ensured this person is who s/he says

Default valid 7 or 30 days? - check with InfoSec

Talk to Client Accounts - fulfillment group

-Add email to NETID automation system with security questions.

-Liz to talk to Ashley Eng - Infosec re: fax issue process

-Laurie suggests changes to the question system

-New PINS only - faculty, and some staff only (some never activated NETID) - Client Accounts gets call in this case.

-Timing with IAM???

-START does not work for requesting NETID PIN for current employees who forgot PIN.

-Is it worth doing this?

-Amy - can we add a question in Email YaleConnect request??
