• two meetings today on DSP meetings to finalize, plus meeting with Bill
• Started on UAT test scripts for problem

• Must do work for Faith Brown this week

Chloe:

•  UAT process owner workshops - incident, request yesterday
• Requirements came back from last week's meeting; there are some requirements left Chloe does not know what to do with (Sent email to Mike Oas and Derek for resolution of requirements)
• UAT change and problem workshops with process owners
• Has not worked on test scripts for UAT yet
• Potential obstacles - for UAT will have 12 people, need someone to scribe, faciliate (coaches), assist
  • Roseann, Barb, Mary-Kay to assist
•  Adriene wants to add a prefix to the assignment group (ie. AIE for grouping academic units (issue with Barb on IT Partners will show DSP team for assignment) - Roseann to set up meeting with Chloe, Barb, Adriene to discuss

Bill:

•  Slowness issue with system
•   Obstacle on email intake - Yale email issues and people not getting back
