The ITSM Practitioner's Group is a community of practice composed of IT professionals, functional and application owners, and other Service Management stakeholders. The group meets to discuss ITSM issues, including ITIL process implementation and the ServiceNow application. Topics include ServiceNow release information, application issues (including user concerns, requests for enhancements, and suggestions), metrics and reporting, and overall process improvement.

The group meets monthly and membership is open to to the ITSM community. For information on upcoming meetings or to suggest topics for future discussion, contact chloe.turnbull@yale.edu.
