Outside Project work blockers - Meaningful planning is very difficult without full picture of work being done by team. Difficult to get answers and input on CAD projects from team members focused on outside work.
Burndown Chart does not capture all work - New AI project and SPEC work is not reflected in the burndown chart. Very difficult to plan.
QA strategy - Need to develop strategy for QA on FRMS and SDF - team is confused and may impact ability to deliver QA’d product to client in timely manner.
