Application Endpoint
Purpose
The purpose of this application is to allow for easy look up of the current data in the Marklogic database based on an ID. The search will return the URI of the item as well as several links. The ID Look Up allows users to view items as linked data, JSON, or they can be redirected to the LUX POC application data view for that item. Users may open the links in a new tab by right clicking the desired link and selecting “open in new tab.”
If a search returns no item, an error message will be displayed to the user. It is recommended to try a different ID.
If a link does not redirect the user, an error message will be displayed.
Requirements
Users must be on the Yale VPN in order to access the site and any links within the site.
For Firefox users, you must open the links in a new tab by right clicking on the link and selecting “open in new tab.”
To view the LUX POC data view of the selected item, you must first be logged into the LUX POC. To login, users can access the POC at https://luxpoc.collections.yale.edu/.
