MEETING NOTES

DISCUSSION

  1. We had an issue with TEST and DEV where standard users were unable to create tickets.  This issue was fixed at 11:00 am this morning.  The tech team will have an offline meeting to discuss further testing of this.
     
  2. Soren is working on getting a position posted within the ITSM Team to replace Bill West.  She is hoping to get the position posted this week.  This position will report to Soren.
  3. We will also look into the number of hours we are using vendor(s) and see if we can use them to move our work forward.
