1. Figure out why its-dev site is not displaying My Requests, My Approvals and My Incidents correctly.
2. My Requests - Change "Yale eServices - Requests" to "ITS Service Catalog"

5. Lightbox - The first time a user clicks on a link from the My Services homepage, the form does not load. It only loads the second time. This needs to be fixed so that the forms always load the first time.

13. ServiceNow configuration - configuration options do not work, all three options pull from the ServiceNow development environment (red lines). Test environment displays orange, Prod displays blue.

15. Lightbox - the close "X" is obscuring some ServiceNow buttons/functions. Can we move it up? - done (CC verified 11/12/13)
