As all things in ITSM, it will be iterative and we'll we’ll continue to make tweaks. However, the important point is that we have acknowledgement that the CAB and Lou as the Change Manager has ultimate authority on whether something moves into production.
Next step is to share this with Len's Len’s directs (and Lou, Paul and I have already received an invitation to that meeting) so we can socialize it further.
Len was very engaged and complimentary on our progress thus far.
