Project Updates (Christine)

Carry-over project for FY14 is in the portfolio for the officers.
We're working closely with IAM team re: NETID PIN, YaleConnect, Email alias. For this project these will continue to be manual processes. The next project (eServices) and the next IAM proejct will convert these to automatic processes.

Financial Update

Resource costs through Mar '13: $96,400 of $100,000. We will be over budget as of end of April.

Project Updates

Focus Groups have been scheduled for 5/28, 5/29, 6/3 and 6/4. Communication will be send to Ops Managers, Lead Admins, etc to sign up for focus groups, next week.
Christine and Wendy presented the project overview to the IT Partners group on 5/16.
David Logie has joined the team as a BA for two months and is working on the Central Campus Backup and Generate NETID PIN.
Barbara Manville is working on SciQuest, Express Shipping and People List Requests.
Kesha Patel is finishing up the Telecom requests and will work on the Email requests next.
Chris Kilbourne has joined the project in place of Jane Livingston. He is the ITS website manager.
Bob Liu and Christine are working on new mockups for UI design.
David Backeberg has completed the requirements for the ESS updates, however, these will be reviewed with Mark Kovacs and Jeff Capuano next week for changes or additional requirements.
