  • add the user to the "CSI" group in the ServiceNow AD tree to grant the itsm_coach_user role
  • run (or wait for) the scheduled AD group import
  • then abide this advice, dude:
    No Format
    You would have to add users to the itsm_coach_user role. These users must be active and have a unique email.
     
    New users will not be able to access the system until the synchronization process has been run. At this point it is run once a day at 5 AM EST.

  • in the meantime it might be useful to have the user clear the browser cache prior to attempting login.
