- Fun fact: One year ago today we went live with ServiceNow.
- Julio's presentation on Configuration Management took the full hour. Chloe's talk on the changes to the enhancement request process will be moved to the next meeting.
- DJ Martin to talk with Adriene Radcliffe and Julio about items in the application inventory that are being retired and will not need to be brought into ServiceNow
- The Calgary upgrade for ServiceNow is not yet available for release, it . It is still in beta testing.
- Discussed exposing the Configuration Items in the Service Catalog as well as Incident, Problem and Change
- The Request/Service Catalog Process Owner (Ricardo Chavira) would discuss this with the Configuration Management Process Owner (Julio Valdes)
- Discussed whether or not an information request should be entered into the Incident or Request module
- People make arguments for both sides. This is something that needs to be discussed further with the Incident Process Owner (Mark Kovacs) and the Request Process Owner (Ricardo Chavira)
