1. Lightbox - The first time a user clicks on a link from the My Services homepage, the form does not load. It only loads the second time. This needs to be fixed so that the forms always load the first time.

2. My Requests - Fix data pull, no records are showing, only the field headers (? Working locally) - file = servicenow.requests.display.inc - fixed locally (CC verified 11/4/2013)
   
3. My Incidents - My Incidents - page is blank. file = servicenow.incidents.display.inc
   
4. Create My Reports page similar to My Notifications (will get correct URL when ready)
   
5. My Approvals - Change column label: "Request" to "Approval for" (easy)

11. ServiceNow configuration - configuration options do not work, all three options pull from the ServiceNow development environment (red lines). Test environment displays orange, Prod displays blue.
12. Lightbox - the close "X" is obscuring some ServiceNow buttons/functions. Can we move it up?
    
13. Lightbox - adjust width of all lightbox calls px width used for "Backup." Can you set the height & width for all lightbox calls universally?
