- Change column label "Date" to "Opened"
- Modify data pull to include all open incidents and resolved/closed incidents up to 90 days old.
- Change column labels: change "State" to "Status," "Incident ###" to "Incident"
Lightbox
- Clicking outside the form (in the dark grey area) should not make the form disappear. The box should only close on submit of the form or by using the X in the upper right.
- The lightbox should either be big enough to accommodate the widest form, or auto-size per form.
- The first time a user clicks on a link from the My Services homepage, the form does not load. It only loads the second time. This needs to be fixed so that the forms always load the first time.
